Fider Homes by Bogdan did a full bathroom addition to our 1928 house, including adding a foundation and crawlspace. They delivered the project on budget with no surprises. Great communication as far as what to expect each week. Bogdan, our project manager, was great, all the subcontractors were great, and were very respectful of coming and going from our house during the pandemic. We especially liked how they were able to tastefully transition from our old house into a new room. We would definitely use them again.

We had an incredible experience with Finer Homes by Bogdan in our recent remodel. We completely renovated our mudroom, removed a closet and replaced it with a butlers pantry and transformed another closet into a food/storage pantry.
We worked together on all aspects of the project from start to finish. The entire team was easily accessible via phone/email/text anytime. Bogdan was our on site project manager and he was AMAZING. He was in touch daily with progress reports, any questions/concerns and was always on time.
They not only stayed within budget but they also stayed within the time frame they quoted which was a big concern of ours when we initially decided to do the project. Overall we were extremely happy with the project and will definitely be recommending their team to friends and family.
